Please check the product description for that product's specific shipping time. Some products may have different shipping times depending on if it is pre-made or pre-order.
Please note that once we ship your package, we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries; any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claiming & locating packages.
Note: You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given to you, you can no longer cancel.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES: If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are responsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
